Beautiful Corona Zion was allowed to come together to display the love through the Words of Mother's Love and Peace Campaign.
we realized how great and important this campaign is and that we must do something to put the words of Mother's love into action.
A sister in our Zion is an ABA therapist and works at a school. Recently, she shared how her work environment was not the most comfortable, and how dark it felt. We were reminded that we should brighten up all of the dark places with the love.
Our sister mentioned that Teacher Appreciation Week was coming up, May 4th through May 8th. Since there are several teachers at our sister's workplace, and since there are several children and students at our branch church, we decided to make baggies full of treats and little essentials, such as tea, snack cakes, cookies, mini apples, chips, mini lotions, chapsticks, hand sanitizers, and a card of The Words of Mother's Love to gift to the teachers at Sister's workplace as well as our little brothers' and sisters' teachers at school. This brought all members in Zion together and allowed everyone to participate in some way.
We gathered all together on a Third Day evening and filled a total of 40 baggies. After delivering the baggies, all members shared that the teachers received them with gratitude. Our youth sister shared that the environment in the classroom she works in became more comfortable and friendly, and she is making more efforts to smile and greet her coworkers in order to them.
We pray that we may continue this kind of work and shed the light of hope in this entire area.
The Words of Mother's Love and Peace can truly change the world.
