I work at a dentist. Both children and adults are afraid to go to the dentist, so nine out of ten patients who enter the hospital look a little nervous. Some children even try not to come in because they are scared, but they are dragged into the hands of their mothers.
So, we decided to make a bright greeting. As soon as the door of the hospital opened, the doctors and I, who were receiving treatment, raised our voices a little and said, “Hello,” with a light nod and a bright smile.
The patients also said, “Yes, hello.” Although he still looked tense on his face, his voice seemed to be relaxed.
If anyone welcomes you with a welcome look and greeting, you will feel good and relieve your tension.
