On my way to work in the morning, I took the elevator with the manager, who seemed unusually heavy on his shoulders.
He carefully asked if he needed help, and was naturally informed. He said that he was worried about a family member who was recently hospitalized with an illness and had to take care of him.
When I shared words of comfort and encouragement with a colleague, the manager said, “Everything will be fine. Let’s do our best together and stay healthy.” Although it was a brief conversation, our concern and support for each other made the atmosphere at work even warmer.
By practicing the language of motherly love, which brings peace, I was able to convey warm words without overcoming the hardships of my colleagues. I realized that even a small amount of comfort and support can strengthen one another and bring the warmth of love to the workplace.
