There is a small space in the church where the members can take a break and drink coffee together.
The wall was usually empty without much decoration, but one day, talented young women gathered their hearts and began to decorate the space anew.
It does not stop at simply adorning the walls, but also includes colorful paintings, each carefully containing the encouraging words of a mother’s love that inspires peace.
At first, I started with a small desire to make the space a little prettier.
However, after the walls were completed, a warmer change occurred than I had expected.
The members who had been drinking coffee came to read the words one at a time, and smiles gradually spread across their faces. Before I knew it, even among the members, words such as “I’ll pray,” “Thank you,” and “I’m sorry,” came and went naturally, without anyone asking first.
I filled the empty wall with the words of Mother’s love, but the members’ smiles, encouragement, and gratitude began to bloom in the small space where only the scent of coffee remained.
Now, it’s not just a place to drink coffee, it’s become a warm space where we can explore each other’s hearts and share love. ♡
