I often asked those around me about the words of a mother’s love that I wanted to hear the most.
To put it simply, we could say, “Thank you,” “You’re doing great,” and “I want to hear more from you.”
However, surprisingly, the phrase I wanted to hear the most over and over again was, “It’s okay, it can be.” He said that when he reaffirmed that he was okay with his mistakes, he felt more comforted and empowered to stand up again. I always want to do well and become a good person, but I make more mistakes and apologize often.
As we practice the nine languages of a mother’s love well, I feel like a lot of love is gushing out between them. I am happy to have the language of Mother’s love.
