Recently, I started working with a new team at work and then suddenly and randomly one afternoon there was an announcement from the company that there would be some job reductions. It was very stressful for most people and unfortunately some of the teammates I worked with were let go.
During times like this, I think the managers have the hardest job because they have to be the ones to share the bad news and also take care of the people on the team and help them however they can. I thought this would be a great opportunity to share the Words of Mother’s Love to thank the managers on my team for their kindness and efforts. Each one was so touched and moved by the chocolate bar with the Words of Mother’s Love. I could tell that it surprised them to receive it but also comforting that someone cared.
I will continue to share the Words of Mother’s Love at work and bring peace to my coworkers!
