I use the academy vehicle once or twice a week. I have students from elementary to high school, and none of the children would greet me first if I did not greet them. Even when I greet them, many children pretend they didn’t hear.
Not long ago, I began to say hello to the children aloud as a way to practice the language of motherly love. Some children still pretend not to know, but now that it has been about a month, they first say, “Hello,” and get into the car cheerfully.
It was astonishing that seeing how children, who seemed unlikely to change, can make a difference by greeting each other with a heartfelt greeting~
