Words of Love that Blossom in Coworkers Heart

Since it is springtime, the cherry blossoms at work were in full bloom, so here is a poem that describes how their beauty reminded me of the beauty of sharing Words of Love with my coworkers…

Good morning, team—in spring’s first full bloom,

You’re like cherry blossoms that brighten every room.

Soft petals open, gentle and bright,

Like kind greetings that start our day right.

In their beauty, a quiet gratitude grows,

A thank-you carried on each breeze that blows.

And when petals fall, they whisper “I’m sorry,”

A tender apology, light and soft as they’re carried.

Each branch holds space for every flower,

Inclusion alive in their shared spring hour.

I concede, like blossoms shaped by the sky,

To bend and learn from you as seasons pass by.

With respect, we all stand in graceful array,

Each one unique in our own gentle way.

Encouragement shines in our soft, steady glow,

A reminder to nurture the good that we grow.

With thoughtful consideration, we quietly show

How small acts of care help beauty to grow.

And truly, your work—like blossoms in view—

Is vibrant, inspiring, and wonderfully you.
