What word would you most like to hear?😊

I work at an insurance company, and there are about 20 people in my department. Recently, I’ve been practicing sharing words of Mother’s love and peace, and I started to wonder what words people would like to hear the most.

So I decided to make a short survey to ask my coworkers: “What words would you like to hear the most from others?”

“What words would you like to share the most?”

Through this, I realized that many of them want to hear and share words of gratitude, consideration, and compliments.

This made me reflect on myself—I wondered if I had been a little stingy with giving compliments.

Now that I understand what kind of words my coworkers truly appreciate, I want to practice using them more often.

“Thank you! I really appreciate your hard work. You are awesome!”🤗🤩
