I realized how powerful the word “hello” is at my new job.
Since I first came to work, four months later, I still have a strong and relaxed atmosphere in the department.
I realized that it was clearly because of the occasional greeting.
When she arrives at work, she greets each member of the department with “hello!”
Those who are greeted respond by saying, “Welcome!” and “How are you?”
When going out for a meal, ask questions like, “What should we eat today?”, “Enjoy your meal!”
Even after coming home from a meal, I still have questions like, "Have you eaten yet?", "What have you eaten?" and say hello.
When I learned greeting etiquette intellectually, I thought of it as something good to do.
I sometimes wondered if a formal greeting at work would be effective.
However, it helps relieve the tension of newcomers to
I’ve come to realize that recognizing and cherishing each other is expressed through greetings.
Now I understand the reason why Mother made us say hello in the first language of love.
