The language of a mother is the most beautiful language of love.
Recently, a single word — “I’m sorry” — solved a big problem for us. The ticket checker (TT) was about to cancel our train ticket because there was an issue with the booking. We had forgotten to mention the boarding station, as we had purchased tickets from a station two or three stops ahead due to the waiting list.
The situation became tense, and we were worried. But with humility, we simply said, “Sorry.”
In that moment, his expression changed. His anger melted away. He kindly said, “Show the ticket to another TT and go safely, because my duty is over.”
That day we learned something powerful:
“Sorry” is not just a word — it is the language of love, the gentle language of a mother that softens hearts and brings peace.
