Recently, one of our friend’s wife passes away.
Hearing the news, we went to his house to comfort him.
When he saw us approaching his house and when we finally talked, our friend could not hide his sadness; he wept like a child as he recounted beautiful memories with his wife.
We listened intently and naturally said Mother’s words of love, “We will pray for you, it must be hard for you, but we are here for you.”
Those words not only moved him but also, at some point, strengthened him to carry on and accept what was in front of him.
Like this, Mother’s words of love truly touch our hearts even in moments when life events seem unbearable.
