My coworker and I began our relationship on the wrong foot. Without fully realizing it, we both exchanged words that caused hurt and misunderstanding. Tension grew between us, and there was so much conflict that requests were even made to management for us not to work together.
After spending time in reflection, I realized that avoiding the problem would not bring true peace. Instead of running away, I became determined to share good words with my coworker and work toward building a better relationship.
Little by little, I began greeting my coworker with a smile and warmly asking, "How are you?" To my surprise, she responded positively. Over time, she opened up, and we have been able to have good conversations.
I give thanks for Mother's Words of Love and Peace, which always leads to good results.
