Today in Puebla City, Mexico, it was a cold and windy day.
My superior, Alexia, is too young; is 29 years old, while I am 51 and my referrer is 65 years old. Today, one procedure took about 4 hours due to the sensitive nature of the subject. A lot of time was spent to solve the policy holder’s problem.
Alexia always showed patience, gratitude, and unity. The respect that is breathed in led us to a good result that ended in celebration and unity. It was all successfully concluded in harmony and happiness.
