I work at a company called "Moda Health". the word Moda comes from the Latin word modus, which means "a way". It was chosen as the company name to reflect the purpose and mission of our work: a way to be better, together.
Lately, we have been experiencing higher workloads, expected of faster work, and it became a highly pressured environment. Because of this, mistakes are made. In this situation, it is easy to blame others and the atmosphere became tense and unfriendly.
