Greeting

Because of a simple greeting

Every Sunday, when there are no special events, we gather at the church for our regular meeting.

Recently, just as we were about to head out, I noticed a woman walking toward us with her children, smiling warmly. The first thing I did was greet her naturally, as if she were someone I already knew, and say, “How are you, sister?”

She smiled back and replied, “I am okay,” then asked if she was late. At that moment, I felt a bit confused, since I had not personally invited her.

Later, I learned that she had actually been on her way to a different place she had been invited to. However, after seeing our church members smiling and warmly greeting one another, she thought it was the place she had been invited to.

This connection became the beginning of a bond, and we now attend church together, truly becoming “one family.”

Through this experience, I realized that when the language of Mother’s love—something as simple as a warm greeting—is shared, good people are naturally drawn in. This was not just a coincidence, but the power of love in action.

From now on, I will continue to make an effort to practice the language of Mother’s love in my daily life.

Thank you, Father and Mother.
