I am working in a service position.
We encounter many visitors every day.
Today, a guest spoke in a somewhat upset tone,
You said, “Do you think it would be better if you do it this way?”

Normally, I would have thought that my situation was unfair.
While explaining my position
We might have almost blushed.
But in that moment, the language of motherly love,
I said a word, “I’m sorry🥹,”

However, that guest also left the room with a smile and a gentle smile!

We were in a situation where we could have almost blushed from hurting each other's feelings,

Thanks to the love language, the event was concluded with laughter and understanding.
