If you start the day by saying “hello” to your co-workers every morning, the other person will greet you with love. An employee expressed gratitude, saying, “Thank you for saying hello every morning to have a good day. Thanks to you, today will be a good day as well,” and I was happy at that time.
One day, an employee made a mistake at work and grumbled against the people around him. Then he said, “It’s okay. People can make mistakes,” but he said, “I’m sorry that I didn’t recognize you. Thank you for understanding me.”
Working on the production line can be challenging at times, but I’m thankful that we were able to share our warm hearts through the campaign.
