Construction workers in general are worn out physically and mentally from hard work.
Every time I saw them, I thought about how I could convey a mother’s love.
I realized that I could make good use of the worker education time.
So, I decided to conduct the [Mother’s Love Language Campaign] within the allotted time.
On the day of the education, 283 people, including men and women, participated in the education.
I briefly introduced the purpose of the campaign and distributed posters in the language of Mother’s love.
When we asked you to write your name in the language you would like our company use more in the list of nine sentences, they actively participated.
As for the results, the words of gratitude, "Thank you," and the words of engagement, "It's okay. It can be done," got the most empathy. I realized that the words of gratitude and inclusion go a long way in helping to soften the atmosphere at the site.
