As we celebrate the end of 2025 and the New Year 2026, I am now able to spend time with my family.
Seeing everyone’s faces after a long time warmed our hearts and ignited our happiness hormone.
In the car on the way home from a family gathering, my husband and I shared this story.
In the new year, let’s say nice things to each other and make a year of sharing warmth not only with our families but also with our neighbors and society.
Although it was awkward, I tried to convey the words I had kept only in my heart, one by one in the car.
Then, suddenly, the road began to close.
In the past, we could have been irritated, asking, “Why are you being blocked,” which could have led to a minor argument.
But that day was different.
I asked myself, “How can I think and speak positively in such a situation?”
My husband replied, “My knee hurt from driving a long distance, but I’ll be able to rest for a while because the traffic is blocked.”
We are surprised by each other’s answers to questions. When we practice the words of Mother’s love,
I’ve come to realize that I can make any place beautiful.
In 2026, we will put into practice the language of Mother’s love.
We will strive to make every place we stay more beautiful.
