Since it is winter here in Oregon, we have not been able to play as much basketball as we would like to because of the cold rain. However, I was reminded that my university has an indoor basketball court.
We have been playing there for a couple weeks now, and I have realized just how slow I am to compliment the skill of those around me. After hearing Mother say we should practice compliments, I have been trying to make it a habit to compliment those around me for their skills each time we play.
Thank you Mother for allowing us to play basketball year round so we can be united and so I can learn how to compliment and yield to those around me!
