I went to the Pretzel Restaurant on my wife’s errand. I said to my boss, “ Thank you for always warmly welcoming me and greeting me even though you must be very busy despite the cold weather.”
When I spoke like this, the boss smiled and said, “Thank you so much for talking like that! It warms my heart!” When I was about to receive the pretzels I ordered, the owner handed them over three more than I had ordered.
Thank you once again for writing this way. She said, “In today’s hard world, we only care about profit, but I’m so grateful you have this kind of service.”
He was ashamed and said “Thank you” over and over again.
Although there are three pretzels
I won the president’s heart.
