We recently visited the police department in Tigard, near our Church. There was an event held for the members of the community to spend time with the police and have a conversation with them.
Being inspired by the Words of Mother's Love Campaign, we prepared gift boxes with delicious snacks for them to enjoy together. “Thank you for all you do. It’s because of you that the city stays safe.”
The policemen were moved, saying, “Being a Policeman is a thankless job”.
We felt how strong a simple “thank you” can be. Thank You, Mother, for giving us Your teachings!
