At first, the phrase "forgive me" was like a very heavy and unspeakable mountain for me. But after I started to regularly use the language of mother's love, my mind became light and peaceful within a week. I started the phrase "forgive me" after hearing my mother always apologise to my father and say "forgive me" many times. That is a good example of Mother and the mother's teaching that I must follow.
Following Mother's example, I apologised to Brothers and Sisters. I said I'm sorry that I didn't see them often. This made things easier for me. My siblings also said it was okay because you didn't have time. My mind became very light. This phrase that makes my mind light, "Forgive me!" It is a powerful spiritual medicine.
